As a non-profit organization, these fees are established to pay for trophies, medals, ribbons, venues, and pay for play-off host schools' personnel. Schools that participate in all sports pay a $450.00 annual fee, and schools that participate in two sports pay a $250.00 annual fee.
*Only AZ accredited schools(public, charter, private) may apply for conference entry.
*Each district/charter is responsible for hiring their home game referees/umpires.
*Each district/charter is responsible for their transportation to away games.
Annual District Fees - $3200 for 7 or more schools in the district or $450 per school.*does not apply to track fees INVOICE FORM

Annual Cheer Competition Fees(for non VAC AZ Members) - $250 for non VAC AZ schools. INVOICE FORM
Track and Field Fees - $30 per meet(Two Practice Meet Minimum) + Prelims/Finals $60.00 INVOICE FORM **Track and Field participation fee will be assessed separately from the district/school annual fee based on the amount of track meets your school decides to compete in besides the Prelims and Finals.
