Conference Fees

As a non-profit organization, these fees are established to pay for trophies, medals, ribbons, venues, and the play-off host schools' personnel.

*Only AZ accredited schools(public, charter, private) may apply for conference entry.

*Each district/charter is responsible for hiring its home game referees/umpires.

*Each district/charter is responsible for its transportation to away games.

Girls Varsity Volleyball (7th/8th Grade)

Girls JV Volleyball 5th - 7th grade

Co-ed Flag Football 5th - 8th

Winter Sports

Cheer Competition at Dysart High School 1/30/2027 (free registration w/membership) ($150 non-conference members)

Boys Varsity Basketball (7th/8th Grade)

Boys JV Basketball 5th -7th

Girls Varsity Basketball (7th/8th Grade)

Girls JV Basketball 5th -7th

Boys Soccer 5th - 8th

Girls Soccer 5th - 8th

Spring Sports

5th - 8th Baseball

5th - 8th Boys and Girls Track and Field

(Separate invoice of $30 per practice meet with five practice meetss and a $60 preliminary and finals fee for both boys and girls track). Total minimum per school - $210.

*If you would like to do less than five meets we do require at least a two practice meet minimum.

*Cross district state play offs for 4A and 5A Divisions*

NON MEMBER - Two Sports Fees - $250 for 2 sports (à la carte - ex. 8th Grade Boys Basketball and JV Boys Basketball or 8th grade Girls Basketball and 8th Grade Boys Basketball) *does not apply to track fees INVOICE FORM

Track and Field Fees - $30 per meet(Two Practice Meet Minimum) + Prelims/Finals $60.00 INVOICE FORM

**Track and Field participation fee will be assessed separately from the district/school annual fee based on the amount of track meets your school decides to compete in besides the Prelims and Finals.
